Job Title: Network Technical Consultant
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 9+ Months on W2
Clearance Required: TS + SCI eligible clearance

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Network Technical Consultant specializing in Mellanox Network Switches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, implementing, and deploying Mellanox switches, with a thorough understanding of networking infrastructure concepts. The position requires an active TS + SCI eligible clearance and the ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA, with some potential for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current infrastructure, including network architecture, hardware configurations, and performance metrics.
• Optimize network configurations for performance, security, and scalability, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for integrating Mellanox switching technologies within the customer environment.
• Implement technologies to prioritize critical applications and workloads.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to Customer IT staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to manage and maintain Mellanox Switching environments.
• Fine-tune Mellanox switching configurations to enhance network performance, including maximizing throughput and reducing latency.

Required Skills:

• Active TS + SCI eligible clearance.
• Expert-level experience with configuring, implementing, and deploying Mellanox Network Switches.
• Mastery of networking infrastructure concepts and network performance optimization.
