Job description

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aLogisticianinSan Diego, CAto provide Alteration Installation Team (AIT) support by performing critical logistics functions for shipboard installation planning and execution. Position Responsibilities: • Prepare schedules, presentations, and other deliverables in support of shipboard systems integration. • Generate shipboard Quality Assurance Workbooks in accordance with established company and U.S. Navy standards. • Assist AIT personnel in pre-installation planning activities. Position Requirements: • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. • HS diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of prior relevant experience. • Experience with Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to multi-task • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro a plus. • Experience with NAVSEA technical documentation a plus. • Experience with naval shipyards, work control, and AIT industry preferred. • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint preferred.
