Position Summary:


The Account Manager will be responsible for managing cardiovascular clinic activities and working closely with Sales Representatives and Field Clinical Representatives. The role is focused on driving practice development by ensuring the effective utilization of IronRod's product and service offerings within cardiovascular clinics. The Account Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and clinics to meet or exceed performance goals.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Practice-Level Activities: Act as the main point of contact for assigned cardiovascular clinics, ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of IronRod Health's product and service solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Teams: Work closely with Sales Representatives and Field Clinical Representatives to support practice growth and performance.
  • Monitor Clinic Utilization: Track and monitor the use of IronRod's remote patient monitoring systems and medical devices within clinics to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
  • Practice Development: Develop customized plans to enhance practice performance, providing ongoing support to achieve practice-specific goals.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to healthcare providers to increase product adoption and ensure effective utilization.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze clinic performance data and provide regular feedback to management, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all clinic activities and product implementations are in line with company policies, as well as industry and regulatory standards.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field experience required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within the medical device, healthcare, or cardiovascular space.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular care, medical devices, or remote patient monitoring technologies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
  • Cardiology experience and practice relationships are highly preferred.

Travel:

  • Travel is required within the San Diego and Orange County Region.
