Job description

Long term contract paralegal/contracts administrator

Are you an experienced transactional paralegal / contracts administrator interested in a long term (3-6months) job opportunity in San Diego, CA? You will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts; drafting, negotiating a variety of inbound vendor contracts, SaaS tech, and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of transactional paralegal and contract administration experience, preferably in house experience.

  • Paralegal certificate or Associates degree is preferred

  • Must have vendor contract and transactional experience; drafting and negotiating NDAs, technology, services and facilities contracts.

  • Experience with due diligence, outbound contracts and discovery highly preferred.

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) ; CLM software highly preferred

  • Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, customer-service-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

  • Min 2+ years of solid contracts experience

  • 100% onsite, 3-6 month contract position working 40 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits include-medical, dental, vision and life insurance (100% paid by employer), 401K, PTO and provide parking.

$42.00 to $50.00 per hour
