Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Multi Family Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of multi-family residential projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the construction of multi-family residential projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed to quality standards and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking and controlling costs, and providing regular cost reports to project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, with a focus on multi-family residential projects.
• Proven track record of successfully completing multi-family projects from beginning to end.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
