Job description

Established Mechanical Contractor in is looking for a HVAC Service Sales Professional. Offering excellent compensation, ESOP, commission, benefits and collaborative team culture. No micro management and flexible schedule.

This position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC projects and maintenance Services. This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.

Requirements/Needs for this HVAC Service Sales Professional:

• Minimum of 2 year experience as an Estimator/Sales Professional and combination thereof in HVAC or HVAC related business

• Ability to read plans and specs.

• Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.

• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

• Ability to work with multiple projects.
