We have a current opening for a Contracts Administrator at our Sacramento, CA office.

Complete bid specific prequalifications, experience requirement forms, track and maintain owner/client required prequalifications.

Provide back up support to Estimating Support Manager to complete bid forms timely and with all necessary documentation, including Addenda and Bid Bonds.

Provide back up support with good faith efforts as required by the bid documents.

Assist with gathering subcontractor compliance documents before bid day, including contractor's license, DIR certification, union status, DBE status, etc.

Administrate all contracts with customers and subs, resulting in a positive impact for projects, clients and teams

Maintain all company certification and license statuses

Build relationships internally and externally that promote a positive experience with the contracts department

Coordinate and supply insurance certificates and bonds based on specific project requirements (including OCIP & CCIP enrollment).

Retain, track, and organize contract documents to and from customers and subcontractors

Incorporate pre-negotiated edits into customer contracts

Utilize and maintain e-signature platform

Customize subcontract templates for individual projects

Requirements

High School Degree/GED/Equivalent

2+ Years in contract/accounting environment

Construction Industry a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of systems; Spectrum, Procore, Adobe E-Sign

Ability to ready, interpret, understand contract language/what specific terms mean

Salary Range:

$30/hour - $35/hour

This is an non-exempt position
