We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor with experience in Retail Banking or Large Chain Accounting. This role is ideal for those seeking career growth, and no prior supervisory experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile GL accounts (prepaids, accruals, assets, liabilities).
Resolve discrepancies, prepare journal entries, and review financials.
Oversee Banking team operations, ensuring accurate bank reconciliations.
Support year-end audits and assist Finance leaders.
Lead process improvements and collaborate across departments.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
Handle customer/vendor inquiries related to Payroll and Accounts Payable.
Prepare regular reports and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 3+ years of relevant experience.
SAP or ERP system experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll management, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
