This position is primarily responsible for providing oversight of center staff, services, and processes under oversight of Executive Director, and will provide support with finance and accounting reports for individual center. This position is responsible for all aspects of operations of the center, including staffing, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, identifying training needs to promote a learning environment, enhance overall patient and employee experience, and proactively identify and respond to areas of opportunity within the center.

Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Works closely with Executive Director to support development and implementation of annual business plan for the center, including projected annual surgical volume, revenue, budget, profit projections and managing day-to-day operations and staff within the center.

Assists Executive Director by preparing and authorizing financial submissions.

Assists Executive Director by providing oversight and conducting audits of patient charts to ensure appropriate billing and documentation are entered.

Responds to patient inquiries, complaints, and patient reviews timely and professionally; provides feedback to internal team, when opportunities for improvement are identified.

Tracks performance indicators and reviews monthly and quarterly profit and loss; utilizes this information to strategically plan ahead.

Develops staff schedule and oversight of patient flow and operations for the center, in accordance to company policy and procedures.

Manages staffing needs against revenue performance.

Oversees training and/or coaching staff.

Motivates team by goal setting and clarifying priorities, in alignment with company.

Attends Continuing Education events, dinners, and marketing events to promote awareness of NVISION services in the community.

Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate difficult discussions regarding performance improvement plans, coaching and professional development.

Seeks innovative ways to integrate changes to further enhance overall patient and staff experience.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND OR LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

High School or equivalent GED completed; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Ability to deal with internal and external customers with high levels of patience, diplomacy and tact.

Ability to identify areas or opportunities needing improvement, make recommendations and see through implementation.

Skilled at preparing reports.

Excellent organization and management skills, communication skills, ability to respond to change effectively, and navigate complex situations. .

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this position successfully, individual must have knowledge and proficiency utilizing Accounting Software; Internet Software; Payroll Systems; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Word Processing Software; and Electronic Mail Software, in addition to Electronic Health Records Software.
