Job description


As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Coupang Global US PM & Business Operations Team. Specifically, this role will support New Item Setup (NIS), Catalog Management, SKU Restrictions and other ad-hoc operational data entry needs. This includes use and maintenance of submission templates, auditing product image submission, and checking product contents against a list of banned ingredients. The ideal candidate will have experience working independently, possess strong communication skills, experience interacting with global counterparts, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Specific responsibilities may include:

  • Sourcing product content before submission to the New Item Set Up Process
  • Reviewing and Cleansing NIS submission templates
  • New Item Restrictions checks
  • Manage requests for delisting non-compliant products.
  • Auditing images to be used on product site pages.
  • Creation and tallying of purchase orders for new vendors.
  • Supporting Customer Service inquiries with deep diving root cause of issues.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications
The candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in data entry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time. Ability to utilize Microsoft office programs. Attention to detail is a must.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an e-commerce environment. Experience working with Wrike or other Project Management tools.
