Position Description:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

Understand and follow Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS) per training

Comply with safety rules and Company policies

Report maintenance requirements to team leader

Repair, install, and service facilities, properties, and equipment in compliance with safety codes and quality standards

Position Requirements:
This position requires the following skills and attributes:

More than two years of experience at the journeyman level in the following trades: Carpentry, Plumbing, Drywall, and Paint

Current valid California driver's license

Read, write and speak English

Experience with power tools and construction site equipment, including ladders, power tools, scissor lifts, and boom lifts

Foundational construction knowledge
