Volt is immediately hiring for 2nd shift Quality Assurance Technician in Pomona, California. $19-20 hourly.
Volt has partnered with a great food production company & has an opportunity for you!
As a Quality Assurance Technician you will:

  • Perform quality checks for raw, work in process, and finished product
  • Be in compliance to all food safety requirements and regulations
  • Perform Food GMP's daily, Support production processes
  • Accessible to production staff, leads, supervisors
  • Control and adjust machine settings, Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
  • Maintain all the necessary activity logs and required documentation per assigned frequency
  • Familiar with Allergen programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned


This is a Full-Time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 1 year of current Food MFG experience (Required)
  • Understanding of food GMP's
  • Able to follow regulations according to FDA, USDA, AIB
  • Understanding of metal detection regulations (Preferred)
  • Experience with Micro, sanitation, and lab food testing (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingual Spanish (preferred)


Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.00 hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
