Job description

This position will work with our Wellness Center , Community Clinic , Field Leadership teams to assist and be the central point of contact for the schedul ing of V eterinarian (vet) staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operation al and medical standards . This position will also work closely with various departments and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compiles reports and data and ensures timely delivery related to designated function.
• Data entry into various systems
• Enter and maintain s veterinarian schedules in various systems
• Adheres to and models PetIQ's Mission and Guiding Principles
• Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to schedule veterinarians
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook

Environment:

• Work in a fast paced, fluid environment
• Worl for prolong periods of time at a desk
• Work schedule requires weekend work
