Job description

• Only qualified Data Analyst candidates located near the Pasadena, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Level of Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar field

Preferred Level of Education:

Master's Degree

Experience:

Current database or software implementation experience (5 years minimum)

Current business analytics experience (5 years minimum)

Current project management experience (2 years minimum)

Experience working as a data analyst (2 years minimum)

Specific Systems Knowledge Required:

Proficiency with SQL and related SQL databases Specific

Systems Knowledge Preferred:

Experience working with a faculty appointment management system

Oracle Business intelligence (OBI), EMC Data Science Associate (EMCDSA), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)

Key Responsibilities:

Building Database and data validation

Running reports

SQL familiarity to build reports - Do not have to write the code

Importing data from one system to another

Additional Details:

Parking after access has been granted: Pasadena CA 91101

Dress Code: Business Casual

Up to 5% Travel may be expected for this role

Interview Process: Two rounds of virtual interviews
