• Only qualified Business Consultant candidates located within the Southern California area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Educations and Experience:

Master's Degree

3-5 years of related experience or advanced degree/training in the field

Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred:

Epic

Healthcare

Process improvement

Data analysis and insights generation

PDSA cycles

Required Skills:

Data science

Analytics

Process improvement

Action plan development

Tracking improvement

Excel

PowerPoint

Data Analytics

Familiar with hospital coding and billing practices

Business Consultant Responsibilities:

Data analysis

Insights generation

Beautiful visuals that tell the story

Communications

Working with business owners to develop communication plans

Performance improvement tracking and trending

Project management

Data analytics

Reporting for Emergency room while keeping leadership and stakeholders updated weekly

Additional Details:

Hybrid Schedule with on-site meetings. Flexibility to be onsite twice a week as needed.
