• Only qualified Business Consultant candidates located within the Southern California area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Educations and Experience:

  • Master's Degree

  • 3-5 years of related experience or advanced degree/training in the field

    Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred:

  • Epic

  • Healthcare

  • Process improvement

  • Data analysis and insights generation

  • PDSA cycles

    Required Skills:

  • Data science

  • Analytics

  • Process improvement

  • Action plan development

  • Tracking improvement

  • Excel

  • PowerPoint

  • Data Analytics

  • Familiar with hospital coding and billing practices

    Business Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis

  • Insights generation

  • Beautiful visuals that tell the story

  • Communications

  • Working with business owners to develop communication plans

  • Performance improvement tracking and trending

  • Project management

  • Data analytics

  • Reporting for Emergency room while keeping leadership and stakeholders updated weekly

    Additional Details:

    Hybrid Schedule with on-site meetings. Flexibility to be onsite twice a week as needed.
