TEACHING HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

FIRST TIME TRAVELERS: Y

YEARS EXPERIENCE REQ: 2

CALL REQ:N

WEEKEND REQ: Y; EVERY OTHER

FLOAT REQ: Y; NICU and CVICU primarily but may go to any area

CERTS REQ:ACLS, BLS, PALS

DOCUMENTATION REQ: CERNER

SKILLS REQ: Birth - 18yrs, ARTERIAL LINES, Conscious sedation, CRRT, ECMO, critical care - Metabolic patients, respiratory, endocrinology, oncology, neurosurgical, level 1 traumas, cardiology, etc

Looking for previous assignments for >8 weeks (extensions are a positive in the history) from similar type facilities (high volume, high acuity, reputable facilities.
