Service Dispatcher - $24-$34p/h (depending on experience) benefits - Ontario, CA 91762

The Role

We are a long-established HVAC service company, looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in the Ontario area. This role is essential in ensuring that our technicians are dispatched efficiently and that customers receive timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and dispatch service representatives to customer locations.
  • Adjust schedules based on customer needs and service priorities.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service status.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor field personnel's progress and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Keep the service manager informed about operational matters, including material usage, customer relations, and job progress.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-disciplined approach to managing service schedules.
