LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well established boutique law firm in Oakland, CA in their search for an experience Litigation Paralegal. The successful candidate will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from initial filings to trial and post-trial activities. This role involves conducting research, managing data entry, liaising with courts, scheduling, maintaining case files, reviewing documents, and assisting attorneys with various litigation tasks. The paralegal will also be responsible for organizing and managing documents and information from multiple cases, ensuring effective communication and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and draft routine legal documents

• Maintain and organize case files

• Ensure attorneys meet deadlines by managing schedules and providing timely reminders

• Conduct legal research

• Handle extensive litigation filings

• Trial Preparation

Qualifications:

• 2-6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

• ABA-approved paralegal certificate

• Experience in federal court

• Strong leadership skills

• Trustworthy and dependable

• Excellent time management skills

• Trial experience

Compensation:

Hourly rate equivalent to $100-150k annually
