Information Systems Technology Services is a unified organization comprised of various departments that collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality technology solutions. The SAP Electric Ops Work Management Delivery organization provides SAP IT services to the Electric line of business. The organization is responsible for strategic technology planning, roadmap development, solution design, solution delivery, and solution support.

As an IT SAP Functional Analyst - Fieldglass Expert, you will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining our SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of the module with other HR and business systems, optimizing our HR processes and data management practices.

The Functional Analyst analyzes business requirements, creates functional design documents, and performs system configuration and localization to provide system solutions for the Line of Business and IT organizations. This role is viewed as an integral strategic partner and business liaison in technology decisions and provides ongoing system support. This includes analyzing business requirements and developing integrated IT and complex business solutions.

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top half of the range described below, but the decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven expertise in SAP Fieldglass, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project implementation with a focus on SAP systems.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis.

    Desired:

  • Proven expertise in SAP Fieldglass, including its configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce management, procurement processes, and data structures.

  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass Integration Center, Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and API management.

  • Knowledge of VMS and HRIS architecture, including data flow between SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Certifications in SAP Fieldglass and Integration are highly desirable.

  • Graduate Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis.

  • 9+ years of job-related experience.

  • Experience with SAP and procurement systems.

  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification

  • CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) certification.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP Fieldglass with deep knowledge in Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW) management, Assignment Management, and Profile Worker (PW) modules.

  • Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Fieldglass, including integration with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and other ERP systems for seamless workforce management.

  • Lead with best practices while working with large SIs in the migration and integration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA with SAP Fieldglass, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization between systems using SAP CPI and API management tools.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally, partnering with them to drive mutual commitment to shared goals. This includes fostering strong customer relationships within the organization.

  • Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Fieldglass, ensuring its alignment with business requirements and integration with other HR and procurement systems.

  • Collaborate with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fieldglass and its integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

  • Provide expert advice and support on the use of SAP Fieldglass, helping to optimize contingent workforce management and procurement processes.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP Fieldglass releases, enhancements, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance. Conduct release sessions with relevant teams and plan feature activation and release testing with QA teams.

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and understand its capabilities.

    Additional Details:

    This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the Client Service Territory.

    This new teammate needs to be able come to Client Company's Oakland headquarters 3 days a week, since all project team is here in person Tuesday to Thursday.
