Job description

We are partnered with a Plaintiff Personal Injury and Catastrophic Injury (AV Rated) firm that is confidentially seeking a top-notch trial attorney. This is a senior- lead trial attorney position. The ideal candidate will have sat first-chair on multiple trials (both plaintiff and defense candidates will be considered), strong writing and research skills, excellent independent case management capabilities, and superior evaluation and negotiation skills. This firm rated one of the best places to work and has many top rated lawyers since being established nearly 30 years ago.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California
• JD from an accredited law school
• Minimum 5 years strong litigation skills
• First Chair trial experience
• Ability to work independently
