Job description

Garden style apartment community in Newbury Park is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and experienced Leasing Professional with at least 1 year of experience. A strong background in sales, marketing, advertising, and/or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities include supporting and adding value to the companys marketing efforts, generating a consistent source of qualified traffic, assisting in the development and maintenance of successful resident retention programs, and providing extraordinary customer service to current and prospective residents.

Duties include demonstrating our community to prospective residents. Maintain 30-40% closing ratio, following up with prospects, inspecting vacant apartment homes, and common areas for cleanliness and presentation, planning and coordinating resident functions, and maintaining constant contact with other communities in the market and delivering market conditions to Community Manager.

Qualifications: Must be organized, able to multi-task, and be able to work in a high energy and fast pace working environment Must be able to learn and follow all local and federal guidelines. Must be capable of walking and climbing stairs. Must also possess effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to find appropriate solutions to problems and aid Assistant and Community Manager when necessary.
