Job description

Duties Manage the staff written responses for leadership's signature, to include responses to congressional and special interest groups' correspondence. Direct and evaluate work of subordinate branches. Supervise and manage a diverse team of Civilians, Service Members (AGRs and TPU) and Contractors. Provide military human resources services to active, reserve, retiree and family member customers. Provide technical guidance on processing of military human resources personnel actions. Review and approve orders (promotion, reassignment, awards, etc) and other administrative correspondence, signing for the Director of Human Resources. Provide supervisory and regulatory guidance to the Readiness Division regional customers. Requirements Conditions of Employment This position required you to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
