Duration: 18+ Months Contract

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $85.00 - $92.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Generative AI Program Manager, you will drive the E2E programs leading to adoptions of advanced AI solutions to transform our workforce. This role combines strategic leadership, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. You will operationalize GenAI initiatives, turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions. Your passion for AI and ability to manage complex projects will shape the future of our workforce.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute comprehensive program plans including milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics.

Operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) solutions from concept to scalable applications, in collaboration with technical and business teams.

Drive cross-functional cooperation, ensuring alignment and clear communication across departments including HR, Legal, and Tech.

Champion and facilitate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and celebration of success within the workforce.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure the resilience and success of GenAI programs.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in a tech environment.

Strong strategic planning and program management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Passion for AI and a working knowledge of GenAI concepts.

Experience leading effective Change Management programs.

Desired Skills: Google Sheets, Google Suite, Smartsheet for dashboarding, AI Prompting using ChatGPT

Industry Experience:

Experience in a SaaS or Technology company, preferably with an enterprise-level focus on program management and successful implementation of change management programs.
