Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time; preferably 4 10-hour shifts (days off flexible)

Barton Associates is working with a client to fill a locum tenens Internal Medicine Physician Assistant position in a multi-specialty clinic. This opportunity offers a chance to work with an adult patient population in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Provide comprehensive internal medicine care for adult patients

•Manage common conditions such as colds, cough, flu, diabetes, and hypertension

•Conduct wellness checks and preventive care visits

•Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic conditions

•Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

•Complete necessary paperwork and documentation

•Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR system

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a diverse range of internal medicine services, proficient in using Epic EMR, and able to manage a significant amount of paperwork.
