Job description

Our client, a leading company in the medical technology industry, is seeking a Material Handler III to join their team. As a Material Handler III, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations department, supporting the shipping, receiving, and inventory teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient movement of materials.

Job Title: Material Handler III

Location: Milpitas, CA

Pay Range: $30.00/hr
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?
  1. Safely load and unload products within the distribution center using material handling equipment (MHE).
  2. Process customer orders using RF technology, including scanning, picking, packing, and labeling.
  3. Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring accuracy in ERP systems for inbound and outbound shipments.
  4. Build pallets and prepare goods for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on material handling equipment and report any issues.
What's Needed?
  1. High School Diploma, GED, or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  2. Forklift Certification and experience with MHE (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance, Dock Stocker).
  3. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and follow standard operating procedures (SOP).
  4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
  5. Stable job history with the ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
