Job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As part of the Supply Chain team supporting the Tool Building department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely availability of materials for production. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $25-$27/hr

What's the Job?

  • Handle shortage management and reporting to minimize production delays
  • Expedite materials to ensure on-time delivery and improve throughput
  • Optimize the flow of materials to the shop floor for increased efficiency
  • Manage bottlenecks and assist in de-bottlenecking processes
  • Coordinate priority work orders to ensure timely picking and fulfillment

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
