This is a remote position and can be located in any US locations nationwide.

This exciting role will lead Fidelity s Stock Plan Services Sales pursuits with late-stage private (Pre-IPO) companies. This leader will play a key role in shaping the future of this important growth business.

The Role

You will lead team-based sales pursuits of late-stage, private companies for their equity administration business. You will focus on driving growth across all geographical markets. In addition to playing an integral role in the Stock Plan Services business, you will also partner closely with other businesses across the Fidelity enterprise.

The Expertise And Skills We're Looking For

  • 5+ years Institutional (business to business) sales experience

  • FINRA Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses

  • Proven track record of sales success

  • Experience working with pre-IPO companies and the associated ecosystem

  • Demonstrated effective sales process

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective organization and prioritization skills

  • Strategic development and planning skills

  • Your high emotional intelligence and interest in other human beings

  • Your desire to roll your sleeves up and work with and for your teammates servant Leadership

  • Your self-awareness and demonstrated history of self-improvement

The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$255,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
