Job description

Law firm is seeking a Practice Assistant to support the Private Equity group.


Responsibilities :

  • Prior experience in Venture Capital and Emerging Companies, preferred
  • Schedule domestic & international travel arrangements, including hotel & transportation
  • Process expense reports, reimbursements & invoices
  • Attorney timekeeping & billing
  • Conflicts/new business intake
  • Distribute incoming mail/packages; handle outgoing mail/packages

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe required
  • At least 5-10 years of large law firm experience required
  • iManage a plus
