Job description

The Manager of Operations is a full-time, permanent position, assisting with the successful administration of a contract between Sciolex Corporation and the United States Government. More information regarding contract specifics will be provided during the interview process. Responsibilities: • Monitoring administrative support staff and site operations to ensure compliance with terms defined in the contract. • Managing all onsite operations and deliverables, including various reports pertaining to production, timekeeping, onsite incidents, staff and audits, ensuring deadlines of these items are met. • Collaborating and coordinating with all members of the onsite leadership team to ensure all requirements designated by the contract are achieved in a timely manner. • Providing guidance and assistance on operative procedures, through establishing priorities and deadlines for Supervisors and their teams to meet goals as established by the contract terms. • Collaborating with Supervisors to create and update training plans and written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure best practices are in place.
• Oversight of the hiring process for all vacancies through conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and collaborating with Program Managers and recruiting teams. • Creating schedules, approving timecards and PTO, providing mentorship to staff and participating in all stages of the training and disciplinary process for all onsite staff. • Reporting directly to Sciolex Program Management Office and government personnel, attending required meetings and providing accurate reports to both as scheduled. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience where you led teams of 30+ people
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance
• Ability to read and understand proficiently in English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment
• Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching Benefits:
