Job description

I'm working with a large law firm that has a new position they are looking to fill for an Executive/Legal Assistant. You will have the opportunity to support our Partner in the Personal Injury department by performing high-level administrative and logistical tasks to alleviate responsibilities and ease executive workload.

Daily Tasks:


  • Conserve executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence.
  • Draft letters and documents, collect and analyze information, and initiate telecommunications.
  • Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Process information as requested from records, email, and other related documents and summarize when needed.
  • Respond to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Coordinate and schedule, meetings, and appointments with specific agendas.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.

Your Skills:


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong command of the logistics of office workflow.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and calming demeanor.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • At least three years of executive assistant experience.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars.
  • Willing to work some weekends and perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Must type at least 40 words per minute.
