Job description

Law firm is seeking a Corporate Secretary to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities :

  • Answer all incoming phone calls & route to appropriate party
  • Calendaring
  • Travel arrangements
  • Expense reports, check requests, travel reimbursements
  • Schedule & coordinate meetings

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • MS Office Suite required
  • At least 3-5 years of legal assistance experience in a law firm required
