National Commercial Roof Salesman
Just this week over here at GPAC we were made aware that one of our more reputable client companies just opened a new role within their company called "National Commercial Roofing Salesman". This individual will be in charge of running business and sales in territories that range from Texas to Maryland. No travel involved. This is an opportunity to work with a huge player in this industry and be able to grow alongside them. This position has a very impressive base salary paired with commission and bonus incentives. The bread and butter of this company is single-ply flat roof systems but they also work with Built-Up and Mod-Bit roofs. National Commercial Roof Salesman Duties
Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory (national branches ranging from Philly to Texas).
Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.
National Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required
6 years on construction sales (preferably commercial roofing)
Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

Above market base salary (75k-100k depending on previous sales numbers) paired with large commission bonuses
