BCBA ( Board Certified Behavior Analyst )

As a professional in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based, transformative care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual/developmental disabilities. We are currently looking for a talented BCBA to work in our adult division within the _San Fernando Valley_ area.
Compensation: $72,800 - $83,200 Annually (not including sign-on bonus)
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Location: San Fernando Valley

Job Description
Oversee clinical programs, and monitor staff under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or BCBA Supervisor
Supervise assigned staff
Conduct assessments, develop interventions, train agency staff, and use relevant behavioral data to monitor client performance and make treatment decisions
Work in various settings including individual's homes, day programs, group homes
Submit assessment, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual IPP reports in a timely manner (defined individually by agency, regional center, and case) to the Clinical Director
Assess and train direct support staff (e.g., collecting reliability data on programs and assessments, monitor treatment integrity)
Practice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as a mandated reporter, Pyles and Associates company policies, as well as the BACB ethical guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a BCBA
Required Skills and Qualifications
BCBA Certificate
Provide ethical, effective, and practical behavior analytic interventions
Bilingual skills are a plus
