Job Title: Senior Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney (Creditors)

Location: Flexible (Initial in-office period, then mostly remote)

Job Type: Temporary

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Bankruptcy Attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in handling creditors’ side bankruptcy cases. The successful candidate will assist with a broad range of bankruptcy services, including relief from stay motions and bankruptcy petitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of commercial bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors.

  • Draft and argue relief from stay motions.

  • Manage a broad range of bankruptcy-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active bar membership in good standing.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in commercial bankruptcy, specifically on the creditors’ side.

  • Strong understanding of bankruptcy laws and procedures.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation:

  • $70-$100 an hour
