Area Vice President - Long Beach/Orange County

We are seeking an Area Vice President for our operations based out of our Long Beach, Gardena, and Orange County offices. Your Role: A Blend of Strategy, Leadership, and Innovation

As the Area Vice President, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and updating comprehensive business plans and establishing ambitious performance objectives.

Managing a $76M P&L.

Fostering a cohesive culture, seamlessly integrating new business.

Coaching and mentoring management teams, including 10 District Managers and 2 Sales Reps.

Driving high-quality customer service standards, supporting the retention of profitable business.

Qualifications: Your Path to Leading with Us

To excel in this role, you should have:

At least five years of management experience, preferably in the service industry.

Demonstrated competencies in P&L management, human resources, and business administration.

A strong track record in strategic thinking, operational analysis, and innovative problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.

Depending on experience, this position offers a base salary of $165,000-$175,000, a monthly vehicle allowance of $1,000 plus an annual bonus plan. Benefits include medical, life, dental, and vision insurance, fifteen vacation days, four floating holidays, and six sick days.
