We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Orange County, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
