ARCC Center is a local respite agency that has become one of the largest respite agencies in the County, providing services since 2008. ARCC Center is extremely involved in the local developmental disability community and is known for being a wonderful place to work, providing impeccable care to local families with the goal of supporting and keeping families together. For years, ARCC Center families and employees have been asking the company to add ABA to its services because it is such a trusted organization that cares deeply about both families and employees. After spending time building out systems that help with automation, ARCC Center is finally ready to offer ABA to its clients and eventually to other families in San Diego County. ARCC Center ABA has a wonderful BCBA Clinical Director running the ABA program, our systems are in place and run extremely well; we have staffing and onboarding down to a science. Our families will not have the stress of waiting months to begin services due to lengthy Administrative wait times. As an ARCC Center BCBA you will be trained in PRT, PEERS, and more. ARCC Center utilizes naturalistic programming and provides a very supportive and structured training and onboarding process for each family and each RBT.

As an ARCC Center BCBA you will be supported by our entire agency and greatly rewarded for your work without having the stress of large caseloads. Most of your clients will be located near your home to eliminate long travel time. This position has the potential for growth within the company.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assume the role of Clinical Supervisor. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising BCBA candidates and RBT staff, providing weekly parent collaboration and treatment modification, and will be provided opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and manage up to 10 clinical cases to ensure adherence to best practices.

- Develop, review, and adjust individualized treatment plans.

- Provide weekly supervision to both RBT and BCBA candidates.

- Provide weekly clinical consult and parent collaboration and updates to behavior plans and programming for each learner.

- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new or existing ARCC Center ABA families (i.e., ABBLS, VB-MAPP, PDDBI, Vineland).

- Provide written program summaries and progress reports for each case prior to authorization deadlines.

Pay : $80,000 - $90,000 per year
