Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Leads major concurrent complex projects from initiation through implementation, including coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants across all UCI Health Community Network (UCIHCN) locations. Tracking progress, identifying, and mitigating risks and issues across the UCIHCN hospitals and clinics. Effectively communicate project progress and health status to ITS and Community Network leadership. Ensures continuity of services in alignment with UCI Health SLA's, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with cross functional teams and provide technical solutions and opportunities for improvement. There also may be opportunity to mentor junior-level staff.

Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven skills in managing large and complex projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Systems including 5 or more years large project/program management experience in a Healthcare environment
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an Information Systems environment
Familiarity with Follow My Health
Familiarity with Electronic RN Protocol Software
Exceptional skills in report writing and making technical presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Seven - ten years of experience with desktop computing and basic networking
PMP Certification
Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
Five years of experience project management
