Monday - Friday

Monday & Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm

Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Performs a variety of clerical and customer service tasks including answering calls at the receptionist desk. • Enter customer orders via telephone in an accurate and efficient manner • Maintain a high level of communication with other departments and comply with the company policies and guidelines • Follow all phone prompts and customer relations guidelines • Performs data entry of orders and customer information • Generate standardized reports from the computer • Process warehouse pick labels for order selectors • Receives catch weights and out of stock information via warehouse order selector • Perform data entry on confirmations using above information which then allows releasing order for invoicing • Ability to operate telephone to receive customer orders • Ability to operate keyboard for data entry • Must be able to tolerate continuous sitting • Minor lifting necessary for printing paper, etc. • Previous customer service/call center experience preferred • High School diploma or equivalent required • Must be detailed oriented and able to work independently • Reports to Customer Service Manager and is responsible for making decisions regarding customer inquiries, problems, etc. and must have good communication with the RMA Coordinator.
