PlanIT Group is hiring a Tier 2 IT Help Desk Support Specialist to be onsite in Hollister, CA. This is onsite at a healthcare clinic and is a contract to hire with good benefits when you are a FTE/perm employee. You will work regular business hours M-F and some on-call work on Saturdays- a bonus for that work. Would you be available?

Tier 2 IT Help Desk Support Specialist to be onsite in Hollister, CA.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

The Help desk specialist will be required to be onsite in Hollister, CA for up to 5 days a week.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal IT stakeholders, customers, and Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) in an onsite setting daily.

The candidate must have relevant hands on experience working in a healthcare and/or clinical setting with relevant Healthcare IT systems experience.

Will have a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting in Windows environment plus network troubleshooting of firewalls, routers, etc.

The candidate must have helpdesk and IT support experience to "hand hold and interact with internal team members, customers and stakeholders.

Experience working with EMR systems and other relevant healthcare systems Is very highly desired

Relevant IT industry experience working in healthcare clinics, hospitals and systems is very highly desired.

Flexibility to work OT (with OT pay) on a biweekly basis, on Saturdays, is also very highly desired

A Spanish speaking, multilingual candidate is also very highly desired.
