Exciting Opportunity at Volt: 3rd Shift - Sanitation Manager (Fullerton, CA)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Manager to lead our sanitation team and ensure our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This is a crucial role within our organization, where you will oversee the sanitation processes, manage a skilled team, and work closely with various departments to maintain our commitment to food safety and quality.

  • Position: 3rd Shift - Sanitation Manager
  • Location: Fullerton, CA
  • Industry: Food
  • Schedule: 3rd Shift - 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Flexible, with potential early or late stays required)
  • Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 (Negotiable, with potential relocation assistance if necessary)
  • Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of sanitation managerial experience in the food industry.
    • Extensive experience with CIP systems, allergens, bottling, and large-scale production environments.
    • Proficient in Excel for trend tracking and data analysis.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred).
    • 3+ years of SQF (Safe Quality Food) experience.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-care environment with complex challenges.?

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and train the sanitation team on proper Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
    • Ensure compliance with all product quality, food safety, employee safety, and environmental standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement processes within the sanitation department.
    • Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
    • Protect products from contamination and participate in third-party, customer, and regulatory audits.
    • Manage the master cleaning schedule and optimize labor resources.
    • Monitor and audit sanitation processes, making adjustments as needed.
    • Oversee vendor interactions related to sanitation supplies and services.
    • Lead effective team meetings and ensure the sanitation crew is well-equipped for daily tasks.
