About the Position:

The Treasury Relationship Associate would support business development and client relationship management for Depository and Treasury Management Sales. Collaborate with sales officers, branch personnel, and internal partners to drive cross sell opportunities, manage existing client portfolios, and ensure smooth customer transitions. Contribute to revenue and deposit generation while maintaining a quality customer experience.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports new business development.
  • Manages existing client portfolios with assigned Relationship Managers.
  • Oversees new client implementations.
  • Supports special projects.
  • Adheres to Regulatory and Compliance requirements and training.
  • Supports TM Implementation Specialists.
  • Provides pre-call research and develop proposals.
  • Provides sales backup and conduct joint sales calls.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; educates others on the value of diversity; promotes working environment free of harassment of any type; builds a diverse workforce and supports affirmative action.
  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
  • Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, including mandatory Bank Compliance Training; supports the Bank's goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities.
  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in customer support, sales support, or business development in banking.
  • Understanding of treasury management products, banking operations, and regulations.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Ability to work independently and manage detailed work assignments.
  • Knowledge of customer service, sales, banking, and electronic payment processing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
  • Candidates in Fresno and surrounding community.


Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
