Shift: Full Time, 1st Shift

Position Responsibilities:

Delivers the company's field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met

Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team

Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level

Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
