Team Overview

Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. This talented team works hard to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as looks for new business opportunities to expand our reach.

Responsibilities:

Description

The Sales Enablement team equips the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness. The team streamlines processes, provides product knowledge, and optimizes communication strategies to drive successful sales outcomes.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Work closely with product marketing, sales leadership and other departments to ensure alignment to goals and strategies.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continous improvement across workgroups and teams to support enablement iniatives.

Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts and guest speakers to organize learning sessions and content.

Provide best practices for sales collateral and training materials to guide the creation of sales content and assets.

Orchestrate the creation and feedback loop for sales enablement content to ensure it meets guidance and is effective.

Utilize our SECM to build out learning pathways and develop & maintain tracking systems for attendance and certification programs, as required.

Establish enablement content guidelines by role, monitor content for relevance and continous improvement.

Monitor and report on the utilization and impact of enablement tools and resources to keep training content current, relevant and effective.

Develop and implement enablement initatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and related work experience in sales enablement or product marketing.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.

Solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and communicate effectively.

Highly organized and structured with attentiveness to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SalesForce and Sales Enablement Content Management Platforms.

SaaS experience a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $95,500 - $119,400 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
