Remote Position

Job Summary: The client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Manager, Communications Planning to join their team
As the Lead Manager, you will be responsible for developing communication plans across earned, owned, and paid channels that effectively convey a message to a specific audience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Communication Plans: Strategize communication tasks across the customer journey.
• Audience & Channel Understanding: Analyze the target audience, cultural landscape, and identify appropriate channels and tactics for the campaign.
• Measure Effectiveness: Evaluate how creative and media come together and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to drive results.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify communication opportunities at both big-picture and tactical levels.
