Job Number: R Digital Engineer, Lead
Key Role: Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product life cycle. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience with large-scale and systems engineering and integration 4+ years of experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, including Sparx EA, MagicDraw and Cameo, IBM Rhapsody, or DOORS NG 1+ years of experience in working with analytical tools, including MATLAB, STK, or ModelCenter Experience with leading a team for development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and integration and test plans and schedules Ability to comprehend complex technical problems where capabilities are affected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification and identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2 Knowledge of Agile Methodologies Master's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science field INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
