Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and maintaining the smooth flow of product manufacturing, processing, packaging, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, schedule, and supervise the construction of finished products in accordance with production timelines.

2. Manage and support warehouse personnel to achieve peak performance levels and provide assistance where necessary.

3. Ensure strict adherence to state and federal regulations to consistently uphold high standards of quality performance.

Warehouse Operations:

1. Oversee the accurate processing, packaging, and timely delivery of all incoming orders.

2. Manage procurement activities and inventory control for products and shipping materials.

3. Utilize warehouse software systems such as Shopify, and Fishbowl for efficient inventory management.

4. Fulfill orders promptly using ship-station and promptly address customer inquiries via phone and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Windows-based systems and experienced in warehouse software management.

2. Strong attention to detail and a track record of 1-3 years in fulfillment and shipping operations.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

4. Demonstrated ability in effective time management to meet production demands and deadlines.

5. Capable of collaborating with a diverse group of individuals and fostering a team-oriented work environment.

6. Organized, meticulous, technologically adept, authoritative, composed, team player, and displays a strong sense of ownership in all tasks.
