Job Description

The After School Campus Supervisor, under the supervision and direction of the Expanded Learning Manager and in accordance with the school's management plan, shall have responsibilities for, but not limited to, the following:

Establish rapport with faculty and students to maintain and enhance a positive school environment

Support a positive school culture and school's positive behavior expectations across the campus

Supervise and direct student movement as needed

Monitor general campus, parking lots, and adjacent areas to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff

Report unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities to administrative staff

Notify the administrative staff, police, fire department, and other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations

Assist with fire drills and other emergency building evacuations

Assist in de-escalation with students as needed

Redirect all visitors back to the main office for visitor registration

Work with school administrators and officials in handling serious student offenses

Maintain security records, logs, and reports

Attend and successfully complete all staff development training

Model nondiscriminatory practices in all activities

Perform other related duties as assigned.
