Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Records Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing business processes, driving digital transformation, and leading change management initiatives. Your expertise will help connect teams with the right resources, facilitating the effective use of enterprise tools and advancing our digitalization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with various teams to assess and streamline business processes, ensuring efficient and effective records management practices that align with organizational goals.

Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff on records management systems, digital tools, and best practices. Ensure ongoing engagement and support to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives related to records management and digital transformation. Advocate for and drive adoption of new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Digitalization and Resource Management: Identify opportunities for digitalization within records management processes. Connect teams with appropriate resources and enterprise tools to support their digital transformation goals.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between teams and IT/records management departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and resource needs.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all records management activities comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in records management and digital tools.

Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze records management processes and digital tool usage. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and address any issues or challenges.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Records Management, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CRM, CIP) preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in records management, with a proven track record in leading change initiatives and digital transformation projects.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of records management principles, digital tools, and enterprise systems.

Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage change and drive adoption of new technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with records management software, enterprise content management systems, and digital transformation tools.
