As Marketing Vice President for Senior Living at ndm, you will be responsible for achieving our Senior Living client's marketing objectives and you will be responsible for overall client health. You'll lead your internal team to deliver on clients' goals, objectives, and strategic direction, working closely with the Director, Client Service & Strategy to foster a culture of growth and development within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage senior living client portfolio and management of a 10+ person team

• Lead and inspire Client Service & Strategy teams through strategic consultation and the delivery of quality, timely project work

• Establish yourself as a thought leader for the company and as a senior living expert

• Drive and execute business goals, including achieving customer success, strengthening of client brands, profitability, and achieve revenue goals

• Develop valuable partnerships by providing strategic support and actionable insights driving client ROI, and effectively guiding strategies and programs from ideation through planning, evaluation, and implementation

• Cultivate relationships that include Exec-Level and business counterparts to ensure the growth of the client relationships and lead occupancy analytics/data insight transformational opportunities

• Strategically manage cross-functional relationships with leaders throughout the company to implement solutions that advance the client experience

• Occasional travel for client meetings and relevant conferences

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, business, communications or related field

• 12-15+ years of relevant experience or previous agency experience

• Senior living experience highly preferred

• Self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage client communities

• Extensive integrated omnichannel advertising experience

• Proven track record of developing strong client relationships

Skills and Abilities

• Microsoft Suite (required)

• Wrike (preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong people skills to navigate a range of personalities

Ability to build strategic client relationships and partnerships

Strong leadership skills (developing others, building a successful team, leadership disposition)

Strong business acumen

Ability to be decisive and make things happen
